The Community House is an independent nonprofit organization that is open to everyone. Established in 1926, we work in partnership with individuals, organizations, and businesses to bring educational, social, recreational, and cultural enrichment to our community. The Community House provides an exceptional facility for meetings and celebrations and is home to scores of non-profit organizations.

The Community House is not publicly funded. We receive no tax money or any other federal, state, or local governmental assistance. We are not affiliated with Moorestown Township, nor do we receive funds from the United Way. We have three main funding sources: room rental fees, income from a modest investment fund, and donations from people like you. Your charitable gift helps close the gap between the low fees we charge nonprofit organizations and the actual cost of operating this 25,000 square foot facility.

The Community House relies on contributions to meet almost one-fourth of our annual expenses. With your support we will be able to continue to make the Community House the unique setting for meeting, recreating, learning, and celebrating.
